ABOUT HEIDI:
I have worked at Alexandra's for almost 10 years now, I started as a community carer, then progressed to an Admin due to MAT leave. I then became Deputy Manager where I gained a broad range of knowledge and learned different skills every day.
I have now progressed to an Acting Manager where I enjoy working with a core team of my own, sharing my ideas and knowledge with others to ensure the best and safest practice is followed keeping the people we support safe and our team happy! I am excited for where my future will take me!
