One in three people born in the UK will develop dementia in their lifetime (Alzheimer’s Research UK). With that statistic in mind, we pride ourselves on delivering holistic, person-centred care.
Dementia not only has an impact on the person living with the condition but also for their support network around them. It can be hard to know what to do to support the individual with dementia.
We strive to support all involved with the disease and offer hands on help and a listening ear. Living with dementia is not easy. There are many support avenues available which we are able to signpost and support with.
We can support with visits to local memory-enriching activities such as clinics and cafés. We can provide support from ½ hour visits to 24-hour care along with providing respite to the individual's support network.
Our highly-trained team members are also able to support with assistive technology to make day-to-day living familiar again. We work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the care given is robust and valuable to the individual's day-to-day life.
