I've been with Alexandras - St Austell, for nearly two years now, I was promoted to Team Leader on the 17th September 2022.
I previously worked within the NHS for 10 years then a duty manager for two years in a hotel but, my love for care pulled me back and that's when I found community care, I wish I found it earlier as feel this is now my vocation in life, I love making a difference to an individual's life, even if it's just a smile, a friendly face and a cup of tea.
I am really excited to take on the new challenges as a Team Leader and look forward to the future.
I joined the team as a Team Leader in October 2022.
I am now taking on more of the Team Leader's role within the office and the community. I am training to be part of the on-call team and work hard to take on new and exciting tasks within my role.
