Manager - Louise Rail
Our St Austell branch was started in March 2019, run initially from our Liskeard office.
In July 2020 we opened up our satellite office at Holmbush in St Austell, before becoming a fully registered office in December 2020 covering the following areas:
St Austell, Par, Penwithick, St Blazey, Tywardreath, Carlyon Bay, Probus, Grampound, Grampound Road, Indian Queens.
Louise been with Alexandras - St Austell, for over three years now. Louise was promoted to Team Leader on the 17th September 2022, then promoted again to Deputy Manager in December 2024 and now promoted to Manager in August 2025. Louise says:
" I love making a difference to an individual's life, even if it's just a smile, a friendly face and a cup of tea.."

"During our observation of a lunch time visit we saw that staff were friendly, polite and kind. Staff acted to ensure the person's privacy was respected and it was clear that the person was in charge of how support was provided."

I joined the team as a Team Leader in October 2022.
I am now taking on more of the Team Leader's role within the office and the community. I am training to be part of the on-call team and work hard to take on new and exciting tasks within my role.
